StitchAI is an AI-powered design platform that generates HTML/CSS designs from text prompts. The Service includes design generation, editing tools, export functionality, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the AI systems
  • Distribute malware or malicious code
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Collect user data without consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the designs you create using StitchAI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by our AI are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute these designs for personal or commercial purposes. However, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims.

5.3 Our Content

The StitchAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Stock Photos & Assets

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Unsplash) for stock photos. Your use of these assets is subject to the respective provider's license terms. We are not responsible for ensuring your compliance with third-party licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated designs will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STITCHAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
